Cancellation Policy
Introduction : This policy governs the delivery of physical and digital goods related to PerpeX services.
- Delivery of Digital Products : All online training materials and digital resources are delivered via email or through the PerpeX website. Access will be provided within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Delivery of Physical Goods : For customers purchasing physical goods (e.g., printed materials), we offer standard shipping services across India. Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days.
- International Delivery : At present, we do not offer international delivery for physical goods. However, digital products and services can be accessed worldwide.
Delivery Policy
- Cancellation of Courses : Course cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation of Recruitment Services : Recruitment service agreements may be canceled before the commencement of the recruitment process without penalty. Once the process starts, cancellations are not permitted.
- Subscription Cancellations : Subscriptions to any service can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
Refund Policy
Introduction : PerpeX aims to provide services with the highest level of satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may require a refund request.
Eligibility for Refund
- Training Services: Refunds are only available if the cancellation is requested within 7 days before the commencement of the program.
- Recruitment and Staffing Services: Refunds are not applicable once recruitment drives or staffing solutions have been initiated.
- Courses: Full refunds will be issued if a course is canceled by PerpeX. Partial refunds may be issued if you withdraw within the first week of the course.
- Events: Under no circumstances payments made for any events/fair/competitions will be refunded until and unless the organizer cancels the event.
Process for Refunds
Refund requests should be submitted to our support team with a valid reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
Return Policy
Introduction : Our return policy covers physical goods purchased through the PerpeX website.
- Eligibility for Returns : Goods must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items : Customized goods, perishable items, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
- Process for Returns : To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@perpex.in. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
